Sausage and Leek Casserole

I've never made a casserole before, but after making this I'll definitely be doing it again, but perhaps minus the dumplings. After throwing everything in a pan and leaving it for a couple of hours I was left with perfectly cooked sausages, potatoes, carrots and onions, it's just so simple. The only element I was a little unsure about was the dumplings, I found them to be very dry, although Ben, having had them before, said they were just right. I leave it up to you to decide.
